Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 days with no explanation required. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To process a refund, we require an email with the subject “Request a refund” sent from the email address you made the purchase with, including the invoice number and your contact information.
